Samsung just released Core Duo version of thinnest X laptop line in Asia. Officially announced in Korea and India, their X11 14.1″ ultra thin laptop is truly amazing machine. The basic configuration of Samsung X11 notebook is:

Additionally it comes with 2×2W SRS WOW TruSurround speakers, weights 2.12 kg and is only 1 inch thick. New Core Duo chip offers 30% speed boost to it’s single core predecessors.
With 1 800 000 won (about $1800) price tag Samsung’s X11 laptop is more expensive then 14.1″ rivals we reviewed earlier. But the additional features and portability makes this notebook a worthy contender. It should be coming to Europe by Cebit trade show in March. As for U.S., unfortunately Samsung doesn’t sell laptops there.
