Next generation of AOpen miniPC - MP945-VDR barebone system

AOpen has released an upgrade to it’s successful macMIni clone - AOpen miniPC MP945-VX.

The new AOpen miniPC now added gray color, Core 2 Duo Support and additional DDR2 SO-DIMM memory slot for total of 4GB of dual channel memory.

AOpen itself does not produce and sell finished PCs. Instead they supply their boxes for others to finish. Their Core Duo miniPC platform was well received last year and quite a few PC makers has adopted it.

Compared to earlier model AOpen miniPC MP954-VDR barebone system allows computer makers to build much faster and more powerful systems in a very compact and good looking box.

So you can expect even better uptake of next generation AOpen miniPC by by various PC vendors and should see them popping up in the computer store near you pretty soon.
